Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FeedMango ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

FeedMango is operated by the FeedMango team ("we", "us", "our"). The Service is available at feedmango.sidecrumbs.com.

2. Description of Service

FeedMango is a feedback collection and management platform that allows you to create boards, collect user feedback through posts and votes, manage feature requests, and track product development through roadmaps.

3. Accounts

To use FeedMango, you must sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activities that occur under your FeedMango account.

You must provide accurate information during sign-in. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to FeedMango, including posts, comments, and votes ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as part of the Service.

You are responsible for your User Content. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these terms or that we find objectionable, without prior notice.

5. Brands and Teams

Brand owners are responsible for managing their brands, including team members, boards, and content. When you invite members to your brand, you are responsible for their access and activity within your brand.

Deleting a brand permanently removes all associated boards, posts, comments, and votes. This action cannot be undone.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

FeedMango offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed per account and processed through our payment provider, Creem. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Creem's terms of service.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will apply to the next billing cycle after notification.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious code, spam, or automated content
• Scrape or harvest data from the Service without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logo, and branding, is owned by FeedMango and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

You may stop using the Service at any time. If you have a paid subscription, you can cancel it through the billing portal.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
